Qualifications :

Male / Female, max 35 years old

Majoring in Psychology/Human Resources Management (Preferably from Certified Human Resources Professional)
*
Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources field with excellent knowledge in HR Process & Procedure including Recruitment & Assessment, Hiring, Coaching, Training, and Job Analysis
*
High level of social skills and ability to motivate and develop colleagues
*
Ability to present themselves with an uplifting personality as well as presenting a complete confidentiality and loyalty.
*
Proficient in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
